After my last run to the dairy, where Baby calves were crying for their Mamas and Mama cows were crying for their babies.. I was leaving with my 10l of milk in order to make a living of my crepes, I decided that it was too much and I couldn’t bare anymore to steal those calves their milk.
It feels completely wrong to me to make money on animal’s backs so slowly Peace Love and Crepes will change its wayof making money…
And, from now on, will only serve on activated buckwheat crepes, totally vegan, BUT, still use our top quality toppings, like Nimbin Cheese, free range local nitrate free ham and free range eggs.
Hope the change won’t hurt too many humans, but my feelings are already better that I feel more aligned with calves and cows…
I’m seriously looking at going fully vegan in the future but will have to work on many more recipes to have a wide enough range of choices on the menu.
